The Irish Cowboys will be at Trinity Anglican Church on Friday, October 18 for a 7:30 concert in support of the Huron Hospice.
The Goderich group is well known in the area for their ecletic mix of music from 60”s folk to celtic and country. After a very successful performance in the spring by jazz musician Tim Elliott which also supported the Hospice, the folks at Trinity wanted to again host an event but perhaps offer music for a different audience.
The intermission will differ as well. The popular wine and cheese of May is being replaced by beer and home-made pretzels, with some non-alcoholic beverages available as well.
While the focus of the evening of course is the music of the Irish Cowboys, a speaker from the Hospice will also give a short presentation on the vital role of the Hospice in our community.
Admission and refreshments are free, leaving individuals to make a free will offering as a donation to the Hospice. Representatives from the Hospice will be on hand to process tax creditable donations as requested.
