Hospice Angel Remembrance Tree

The holidays can be a difficult time for those who are grieving. For a donation of your choosing, ornaments may be purchased and placed on the Hospice Angel Remembrance Tree to display in honour or in memory of a loved one this holiday season.

Use this form from Dec. 1st – Dec 30th and your personalized Angel ornament can be hung on our tree on site, or you are welcome to take your ornament home with you for your own display. We encourage you to come and visit our Hospice Angel Remembrance tree and display an angel to honour and remember a loved one this holiday season.
